1) Registration Qualifications
① 100km Group Qualification
Participants should submit the following result certificate to the organizing committee:
Result certificate of formal trail race (50km and above) in the last 2 years;
② 50km Group Qualification
Participants can submit either of the following result certificates to the organizing committee:
a. Result certificate of formal trail race (21km and above) in the last 2 years;
b. Result certificate of formal marathon (42.195km and above) in the last 2 years;
③ 25km Group Qualification
Participants can submit either of the following result certificates to the organizing committee:
a. Result certificate of formal trail race (10km and above) in the last 2 years;
b. Result certificate of half marathon (21.0975km and above) in the last 2 years;
2) General Rules
① Participants must be more than 18 years old before race date. (Prior to September 8, 2000 (inclusive) 2000 is permitted).
② participants must be physically healthy without history of unhealthy blood doubt,cardiac disease, disturbance - driven mental exercise and other diseases.
③ Participants may run, walk or crawl, but may not make use of any motorized or wheeled vehicles during the race. Doing so could be grounds for disqualification.
④ Participants cannot take the disposable bottles, cups and bowls away from supply point. Please take your own hydration gear.
⑤ Participants must follow the marked course route the entire way and register at each timing checkpoint. Navigable GPS watch is recommended by the organizing committee. Please download the GPX file on the official website and load the track in GPS device in advance, so that uncertain course can be confirmed via GPS device. If a participant runs the wrong way and misses the check point, his/her race result will be penalized.
a) Penalty Rules: The slowest time (of all participants) between the two check points before and after the check point that the participant has missed, multiplies by 1.1 as the penalty time, which will be added to the participant's result. If the result (which has added the penalty time) exceeds the closing time, the participant will be defined as unfinished to the race.
⑥ Number bib must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing and on the front of body. The race number and race wristband are to confirm participant's identity. The loss of either race number or race wristband will lead to disqualification.
⑦ Each supply point will have a cut-off time (all cut-off information will be published before the race). If a participant arrives at a supply point after cut-off time, he/she must stop the race and take the shelter car to the finish. The participant will be disqualified and suspended to the race for insisting to continue the race.
⑧ If drop out of the race on the course, please go to the nearest check point, or call the phone number in the front of the number bib to inform the race command center.
⑨ When assembling before the race, all participants' mandatory gear will be checked and staff member will check mandatory gear randomly. During the race, participants must carry all the mandatory gear. Any lack of mandatory equipment will lead to the participant's disqualification, while their number bib will be marked and their timing devices will be taken back.
⑩ Environmental protection check. Participants cannot bring any disposable hydration gears, including plastic bottle, pop can, disposable cup and tableware. The organizing committee will forcibly stop the participant to participate in the race who insists to bring disposable hydration gear in the race and his/her race number and timing device will be marked and taken back. During the race, participants should cooperate with the organizing committee on the environmental protection check. If a participant is found taking disposable hydration gear or tableware, he/she should drop them in the supply point and have mandatory equipment checked to continue the race.
⑪ Personal garbage should be taken to next supply point to drop. Littering on the race will lead to disqualification and the race number and timing device will be marked and taken back. Mutual monitoring and kind reminder are highly advocated.
⑫ The organizing committee reserves the right to change the race route, put off the race time, terminate the race in advance or even cancel the race due to the adverse weather conditions or the other force majeure. No matter in what condition, registration fee will not be returned. Please note and understand.
⑬ Race qualification transfer is extremely prohibited. Individuals from both sides who have transferred the race qualification should take the responsibilities of issues of medical aid and insurance claim. If anyone is found of racing with another's race number, both individuals involved will be disqualified and both will not be allowed to participate in TNF100 series and races held by Huipao race operating organization. A report will be submitted to International Trail Running Association to state the situation.
⑭ Participants must show valid and original identity certificate (ID card/Passport) to pick up their race pack. Only participants themselves can pick up race number, timing chip and race wristband. If a participant cannot participate in the race, he/she can apply to delivery service on the official website for other race items apart from the race number, timing chip and race wristband.

4) Drop Bag Service/ Suit-changing Point
① Participant who need drop bag must paste small race number on the bag for recognition and leave the bag to the staff member at bag storage area of the start.
② Phone, certificates, cash and other valuable items are not allowed to put in drop bag, if losing please note that the organizing committee will not undertake the compensation responsibilities.
③ Collecting drop bag service will close in 30 minutes after the race finishing. If participants have any bags not collected within that time, please contact the organizing committee in 1 week after the race to send the bags back through express delivery (the delivery fees are on participants' own). A week later, the bags may be defined unclaimed.
④ A suit-changing point is set for 100km and 50km Groups and located at CP8. 100km and 50km participants that need to change clothes during the race can leave their bags (of change of clothes) at the suit-changing bag storage bus near the start, and there is no suit-changing service for 25km group.
5) Prizes
Finisher's medals and shirts are awarded for all finishers. Certificate of achievement can be downloaded on the official website 48 hours later after the race, and there is no printing service at the race day.
100km
Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 in each of the male and female category of 100km group, and they can also receive the following rewards:
① The North Face® Outdoor Training trail race package, which is worth more than 10,000 RMB. The specific products with optional sizes will be published before the race and sent after the race.
② Chance of participating in TNF Outdoor Training, which is the most professional training of trail running within 1 year;
③ Chance of participating in TNF Outdoor Training's trial plan of new products within 1 year.
50km
Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 in each of the male and female category of 50km & 50km Plus group, and they can also receive the following rewards:
① The North Face® Outdoor Training trail race package, which is worth more than 5,000 RMB. The specific products with optional sizes will be published before the race and sent after the race.
② Chance of participating in TNF Outdoor Training, which is the most professional training of trail running within 1 year;
③ Chance of participating in TNF Outdoor Training's trial plan of new products within 1 year.
6) Punishment
Breaking any rules will lead to disqualification and timing penalty for the participants.
Following are examples:
① Making use of any motorized or wheeled vehicles
② taking the disposable bottles, cups and bowls to the course
③ Not following the marked course route
④ Keeping racing after the cut-off time
⑤ Loss of either race number or race wristband
⑥ Lake of mandatory gear
⑦ Littering on the course
⑧ Destroying or disturbing and plants or animals
⑨ Cheating, giving race number to other people or using other’s race number
7) Insurance
Individual accident insurance for all runners and volunteers covering race days will be purchased by the organizing committee. In the meantime, the organizing committee recommends participants to purchase accident insurance with higher coverage.
